TB 05 / Note when replacing the SCANNER WIRE

WIRE SCANNER BLACK/GRAY (No.1, 2) are changed as below to improve the procurement.

Accordingly, marking to the terminal is changed from black to red.

And, an attention is required when replacing the parts according to this change.

Please refer to Field Measure as below.

Wire type: (Before) EC75-100R2 --> (After) WS77-100

Outer diameter (Before resin coating*): (Before) 0.75mm --> (After) 0.77mm

Strand diameter: (Before) 0.05mm --> (After) 0.07mm

Number of strand: (Before) 133 --> (After) 75

* New outer diameter after resin coating is same as the old one.

ARKING TO THE TERMINAL

(The marking is applied to the side that faces SHAFT DRIVE when fitting the wire to DRUM PULLEY)
